Moniitor calibration

At home we have two laptops and a desktop on our network.
Anybody know the best way to calibrate them so our photos all look the same no-matter which computer we view them on?

Oh, and why do photos not look the same when viewed on PSE and windows picture and fax viewer?

Any ideas?

We use the Spider2express software. It is very simple and we think it does a great job.
