Two things:

How much is the minimum expenditure for a Wishes vow renewal?

Is there a cast member discount; and is there more of a discount if both the bride and groom work for Disney?




I am entertaining a wild hair again. Our 10-year is in 2010 and I was thinking how much fun would it be to do it all over again, this time in Florida.

I remember from my wedding how difficult it was to answer the cost question due to the structure of minimums and our guest list. Alas, this time I would be paying for it and not my poor, broke father.

There is a discount. I do not know what it is nor do I know if it is more if you both work for WDW. I only know this because I asked my planner when we began planning since my brother is a CM. It has to be the bride, groom or one of the parents who is a CM in order to receive the discount. I know that wasn't awfully helpful... just thought I'd share what I know!

Discount for CM's is 10% for most stuff. And no, doesn't matter if you're both CM's. My DF and I are both CM's (he's been there for 22 years!!!!) and we just get 10%. It's for all food & bev (except alcohol), entertainment, floral, and not sure what else. There's a discount for the wedding pavillion but not sure about the other locations. Um.. .let's see. No discount on transportation or cake. And... that's all I can think of. Good luck.
