Have disney stopped accepting prepaid money cards if they do not have your name on the front of it?

If a business accepts Visa/Mastercard/Amex/etc credit cards, I believe they are required by contract to accept gift cards backed by those issuers even if the cardholder name is not on the front of the card.

Disney's official currency is the Disney Gift Card which does not have the cardholder's name on the front of the card.
