I'm not sure which one(s) you are referring to, but I can mention a few:

1. www.savingadvice.com - lots of forums depending on the topic (debt, investments, general, etc)
2. www.creditboards.com - GREAT site for all types of credit questions/issues
3. www.llnoe.com - for followers of Dave Ramsey that don't want to pay for his chat board fees
