:wave: Good morning everyone! It's a new week and a great way to start the week is to get out and exercise. I did an hour and ten minutes of cardio (35 on treadmill, 25 on the elliptical and 12 minutes on the Life Cycle). How about you, did you exercise today?
 
I did 1 mile on the treadmill this morning. My goal is to fit in another three miles this evening once DH is home to watch the kids. :teeth:

I did it! I just finished 3 miles on the treadmill this evening.

I was waiting for DS to get out of school and had some extra minutes so I wanted to put it to good use. I am just afraid when I slow down this evening I will be paying for it! :)

I did a Pilates session (25 mins), 40 mins on the elliptical and walked for 20 mins. I didn't do any exercise this weekend, (planned it that way) So I was feeling it today. It felt good. I wasn't going to go to the gym, but I was listening to my exercise music, and it got me going, so I got going!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I was going to skip today (TOM, ugh), but DD wanted to go bike riding, so I walked along for about 20 minutes. It made me feel better and since it's a beautiful day here in Louisiana (finally) I've even done some raking and gardening.
Thank you SARA for getting me out of my misery!
 
I did the weight circuit, 10 minutes on the treadmill and an hour long cardio dance class.....i'll be paying for it later.
 
Let's see.... 2 1/2 miles on treadmill; weight session and 20 minutes with the Pilates for Dummies tape. And now time for a shower!

I did 2 of my WATP tapes for a total of 3 miles. First I did the one muscle mile walk, one mile with weights and then the 2 mile express.

I did my Slim in Six video today!
 
I did my 2 mile WATP video today but, it seems like nothing compared to all you ACTIVE WISHers! :o
 
HI HO:)

I did my Watp 1 mile tape with weights this evening. Sorted a huge container of clothes and did a bit of vacuuming around the place today. And i am beat. Somebody remind me never to take more than 3 days off in between weight sessions;)

I did my 3 mile fat burning WATP DVD and some abdominal work. I really like the WATP workout...it is fun! I hope I can stick with it since I like it so much.
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (40 minutes, 3.2 miles) and Curves after work. :teeth:
 
I did 15-20 minutes of Tai Chi last night, and it felt great. :) Did some of the actual moves for the first time since September (or maybe second or third) and was surprised that I actually remembered the whole sequence pretty well. :)
