Monday Boardwalk Breakfast

I didn't even realize that there was a Monday Boardwalk breakfast! DH and I have an ADR for Kona Cafe at 9:00 on Monday - I'm so looking forward to my REAL COFFEE! and Tonga Toast. I try to make my own Tonga Toast at home, but you just can't beat the real thing!

Someone throw a time out there... What time have you done this in the past?

As far as I know there is the big WISH meet at the POP Food Court on Friday at 4:30 and then one for those who are still around on Monday at the Boardwalk Bakery to celebrate and wear your medals. There is the Illuminations Desert party, but that is something that was planned ahead of time and required payment.

In the past I think it's been 9AM, a little early for us since we have to make our way over from Pop, but it's worth it and we get a great photo of the group wearing our medals with the lake in the background. Plus it is an easy walk to either MGM or Epcot after breakfast.

In '08 it was 9am

- and most did not wear any WISH shirts!! WISH shirts for the Pop Friday meet, but medals for Monday - pictures were taken - great relaxed time was had by us!! Talk of run experiences (everyone has a story to tell - and the Monday Boardwalk meet was a great place to share)

but in '08 it got derned cold! so be prepared!!
