Monday and Tuesday (Jan 7 and 8) - crowds?

We have a chance to make our first trip on Jan 7th and 8th. We have FL annual passes and reserved a room at RPR for $144, so thought we'd give it a try. Will it be nuts? Schools around here (Central Florida) go back on Jan 7th and 8th (depending on the county).
