Monarch seat plan

We are flying from Cardiff this time, I booked with airtours but on my tickets it says we are flying with Monarch. I have upgraded to premium cabin so does anyone know what the seating plan is?
What films they have on board?
Last question, I have 2 fussy teenagers so can I take a small cooler bag with food in for them?

We have flown Monarch Premium to Calgary. It was a 2-3-2 configuration, but it was 2007 and I wouldn't know if its the same type of plane.
Having flown cattle and premium with Monarch, Premium is definately MUCH better - there were NO seatback TV's in cattle - just in the middle of the aisles!!!!
Having flown with First Choice 3 weeks ago I can say at least Monarch didnt run out of water on an 11hr flight - cabin crew v helpful and remember that the films were very good - Last train to Yuma (my fav), and 4 other up to date films.

No worries at all with Monarch premium.
