I' don't know the answer to this one but boursin cheese spread is a sinch to make and is very yummy and flavorful! PM for recipe. It's a throw-it-in-and-stir-it-up recipe! What's easier than that?!

I will tell you that it was one of the best appetizers I had anywhere. It's kind of a garlicky cheese. Yum!

I don't like fried cheese sticks so when my husband and a friend ordered these, I declined to even try them. But there were leftovers so I decided to partake. The others didn't stand a chance. I wolfed those things down! Excellent appetizer. So I'd say no, they ain't your typical fried cheese.

Think cheese ball shape. I was leary when they put it in front of me, but after one taste was hooked. It comes with a long toasted french bread and grapes. I smeared it on my bread and was in heaven. It beats cheese sticks anyday IMO. I'm going back to 50's and skipping the entree next time and just having this and dessert!

Very rich and creamy in flavor, with toasted crisps and rasberry jam.

We get it to share among the table every time.

Oh my goodness!!!! I don't ever go to MGM without going there just for that! I think it's one of the best apps. at Disney. You must try it. I will be there next week, and you can bet, it's on my list of things to do.

I tried it- I was a little hesitant at first, but like others said, it is fried, but creamy and spreadable, and it really does go well with the raspberry jam!! We are going back in May to 50's and this is one of my main reasons!!

Ive been reluctant to try this, but after seeing the posts on how it really is, and thats its not just cheese sticks, im gonna give it a try. Sounds good to me.
