Oh my.... we just got our 2014 WDW planning DVD and was my little girl enthralled with the bibbiti bobbity boutique? Nope, she was ENTRANCED by the Senses spa. I tried to play the "well honey that's more for grown-ups" card, when not 2 seconds later is an adorable mother daughter moment on screen complete with matching robes.

We are going the week of thanksgiving and staying at the Marriott Grand (something? Its the vaca club place?) And they appear to also have a spa in house.

So.. I know, I know...she's seven... so I'm thinking maybe mommy/daughter mani-pedi's, no treatments or massage or that sort of thing. I've let her get her nails polished when I'm getting mine done and she's very good with it...sits still doesn't try to wander around, etc.

Has anyone had any experience with kids or otherwise with Senses vs Marriott? She is an exceptionally mature and quiet child. My 4 year old is my normal one...lol!!

Senses has a children's manicure and pedicure . I think prices are like 30 and 45. It's at the grand Floridian. I would think they might be better at dealing with children as they have services geared toward them.

Mariott Grande vista has a kids mani pedi too but the price isnt that much less and I cant find any reviews of it regarding their regular services much less the kids ones.

is 7 too young to get a spa gift certificate for her birthday? LOL :rotfl:
