I'm loving all of your food photos. I hope you're having a fantastic time with the 20 dogs! I'll have to look at your ADRs to see if we'll be around each other at the same time and we'd love to say hi! I'm so excited to read your reviews after we come back. I'm drooling over your photos right now so it'll probably be worse when we get back knowing I can't have any of that any time soon!

I just looked at your ADRs and it looks like we'll both be at Chefs de France for lunch on the same day so we'll keep an eye out for you! Our ADR is for 12:10.

Ugh ... I just cancelled Chefs! Decided I wanted to go back to Le Cellier for lunch instead of dinner that that day actually came up! But we will be in EPCOT!

Tomorrow we will be arriving at AKL around 2pm if all goes as expected with Amtrak! I am so excited!

Of course I made more changes this morning. Gave up my coveted Chef Mickey's breakfast that I was so happy to get for 'Ohana as both DH and DS (and yes, me) prefer. Cancelled The Wave lunch because we really don't like buffets. First booked Kona, then changed it to Rose & Crown. Then DS said, why don't we go to The Wave for dinner. Ok! So we are going to The Wave for dinner instead of The Plaza and The Plaza for lunch instead of Liberty Tree.

Round and round we go, where we stop no one knows! It truly has become an addiction for me! So exciting to get that perfect time!

Now if I could just get Yak & Yeti for lunch on our AK day! No luck so far!

Woohoo!!! Tomorrow is the big day! ​

I hope that this Disney trip will be your best ever...filled with delicious food and more importantly, wonderful memories with your family. With all the changes you've been through (both with your trip plans and with your job), you truly deserve to have a PERFECTLY WONDERFUL and STRESS-FREE vacation!!!

And so in that regard, here is an especially powerful dose of Magical Pixie Dust that I've been saving just for you...

LOL!!!So much like me!! I think I have an ADR changing addiction myself. Now that I'm a stay @ home mom, I have too much time to think of how to "enhance" our vacation. It's so much easier when my DH just says what HE wants instead of me guessing!!!! He normally says that's my thing. I have noticed having his input makes the planning so much smoother.

Just reading all your changes made me wanna make changes,lol!!!
But, I'm not. You have a fabulous time on the train. Take pics if you can,I'd be interested to see how the trains works. I think that would be fun!!! ENJOY!!!!!!

Very understandable changes. There's no need to do Chef Mickey's if you'd all be happier at 'Ohana! And if you aren't feeling the smaller à la carte lunch menu at The Wave, dinner is a better choice for your meal. Frankly, I wish we could've fit in a dinner there as well (but we gave it up in our aggressive round of cancellations).

Have an amazing trip! Even if the dining plans don't change at all anymore, I'm sure you'll still have some great meals.

Have a wonderful time! I'm so nervous about the weather and hoping it doesn't interrupt my flights. I'll still go out in the rain for sure but I have to get there first!

Too bad that we won't be at Chefs de France at the same time but don't forget to keep an eye out for the lone woman walking around by herself and stuffing her face for four hours at AK on Tuesday morning! I'll try to wear my bright yellow Packers shirt that day so you can spot me easily!

Yeah, back away from the website! We will only be on the train a couple of hours from Deerfield Beach to Kissimmee. Last year, DS and I took the train down from NYC. There are pics of the train car and the food in my 2011 review!

Our room at AKL was ready for us ... it is a standard room, but when we got here we could see 3 giraffes and 2 zebras so I am happy!

Looking forward to Flying Fish tonight! Not sure how much I will be checking in. I always intend to and then just crash when we are back at the room!
