Moisturrizing SOAP for men?

My boyfriend has VERY dry skin, he used DIAL, which leaves his skin drier, but he says that it is the only soap that makes him feel CLEAN.... his dry skin is so bad, he itches and itches till he has red patches on his skin.

Sooooooooo, is there an anti-bacterial MOISTURIZING soap that he might be able to try to see if it will help?

It is driving him crazy!

DH has this problem. The best thing he's found so far is a moisturizing body wash. He gets the Wal-Mart brand, and it's been great. We've been through every lotion known to man and none of them worked, but this has brought about a real improvement.

My husband has dry skin too, we use Dove moisturizing...it's all we buy and take a bar whenever we go anywhere.
If you haven't already, you may suggest he see a doctor to rule out eczema or another kind of skin problem.
