So my sister wanted to do a small wedding with just immediate family. So it's her and her boyfriend and then 7 guests. She decided to get married on Fulton's in downtown Disney because the cost was low but still Disney related. The smallest package Disney offers(the name escapes me at the moment) they told us was strictly for 5 guests.

So my first question is after the ceremony at Fulton's could she have dinner in the park then a dessert party where she got to wear her dress?

Also I'm throwing her a surprise shower. I'm going to give the shower a Cinderella theme because since we were younger she loved Cinderella wedding things. Anyone have good tips on throwing a Cinderella shower?

Thank you for the help in advance!

The only time dresses are allowed in any of the parks is when a bride is having a photo session with Disney. She can book a private dessert party and wear her dress as long as she doesn't have to go into a park to get to the party location. Sorry, I can't help on the themes. I am not very crafty or creative!

My shower had "glass" plastic slippers that held candy in a box! from party warehouse i think. Mom had the wire carriage card holder from impressions that we bought. There are a lot of balloons and things that can be found online - search "happily ever after" Good luck!

Are you asking if she can wear her dress to dinner inside the parks? The answer to that is "no", but she can wear it to any of the resort restaurants.

If she has a wishes dessert party (which are held outside the parks) she can wear her dress.

Be careful, though, if they find out you're booking a DP for a wedding, they may force you to go through DFTW with their prohibitively high minimums.

Thanks for all the help. I was pretty sure she was ok to wear it to dinner outside the park but I wanted to check on both. I'm just trying to help her figure out what she wants to do after the ceremony.

Also thanks for the shower ideas. I'd searched Cinderella wedding shower and hadn't come up with a ton of stuff.
