Modifying sailing online?

Previously, when I'd booked onboard the ship, I could later move the sailing date myself online. (Not using a TA.) I just transferred my recent onboard placeholder to an actual booking by calling DCL as my confirmation email stated. I may move it once the new spring itineraries are released. But I don't see a way to do that online. Did they remove that feature? I'm not a fan of calling...

Placeholders can only be assigned to a real date by calling. Once it's a full reservation with a date, you should be able to access it online.

I can see my cruise and change things like my seating assignment or my stateroom, but I don't see how to modify the actual sailing date. I used to be able to do that, but when they redesigned the DCL website they either eliminated that function or put it somewhere I'm not seeing it.

I looked as well and it appears that the function to modify the sailing is gone.
All I could do was change dining, make special dietary requests etc. .. It looks like you will have to call. I do know that it is different for a TA though as they can modify the reservation without calling.

Well, boo. Thanks for checking. I wonder why they would change that? I think increasing call volume wouldn't be a goal. Luckily I work from home, so on release date I can sit on hold. I'd rather make a few clicks and be done, though.
