can you modify a reservation online or do you have to call?

The information I have is that you must *call* to modify. Try 407-939-7429. (oops! guess I better add: call that # if your ressie is a BRP.)

I'm sure you can do either, but I call and get a human with a name so that if there would be any problem I have someone to reference. You should get your revised paperwork in the mail within a week or 2; if you don't, pursue it. You definitely want the hard copy as "insurance".

I had to book the new resort online give a new deposit, etc. Then I had to cal and cancel my exisiting reservation. I cheated a little, , and got a CM on the line with me while I did this, waited about 2 min for my email confirmation of my new room and he cxled my old room. Whole process took less than 5 minutes, my first deposit refund was back on my credit card within 24 hours.
