Modified reservation not showing up in MDE

I modified our October reservation. I had to change room types and dates, but I was able to get a discount and save some money. I thought it was successful, and I even got a confirmation email. However, now that I've done that, the modified reservation is not showing up in MDE. What I'm seeing is my old reservation. What's going on? I have the email confirmation, but MDE shows my old reservation! I have just tried to call, and the wait time is more than an hour. I'll call back this afternoon when I have more free time, but I thought I'd ask here in the meantime.

Edit: I've logged out and back in several times, and I'm still seeing my old reservation.
 
When did you make the change? Sometimes it'll take over 24 hours for it to update in MDE. I wouldn't panic, you got the confirmation email it.
 
I made it this morning. This sounds hopeful. I'll give it 24 hours before I call them. Maybe by then I won't need to wait on hold for more than 60 minutes!
 

It took forever for my old ressie to fall off when I changed. At one point I had 3 old ressies and the current one showing up and it took almost a week
 
I agree, I've modified my reservations many times and it's always maddeningly slow to update on MDE.

As long as your confirmation looks correct, don't waste your time on the phone just yet.
 
It must vary from person to person. I made a change back when Free Dining and Room Only discounts were released. I adjusted our reservation by using the "Change Reservation" to go from a Standard to a Preferred room. The change showed up nearly immediately.

Having said that I do know that it can take time to update through the system and would go with what others have said and wait it out.
 
I guess it varies because I make changes to my reservations all the time, sometime online and sometime by phone and it's always showed up almost immediately in MDE. Since others have had different experiences, I would just hold on and see what happens tomorrow--like other have said, you have the email confirmation.
 
This is what they told me yesterday when I called with same problem.
It's the first thing to try with MDE issues. It has lots of problems with cookies (though don't we all at times, just different kinds )
 
I have had changes show up immediately, but I have also seen them take several days to change to the modified status. It is a little startling the first time it happens to you. But now we just give it a few days. As long as I have the confirmation email, it's all good!

If it doesn't show up in a few days, I would call and check, but it's probably just the usual Disney slow MDE.
 
It still wasn't showing correctly this morning, but I had to call today to sort out something else and was able to get connected to technical support. They had to refresh my MDE account, and now everything is showing up correctly!
