Moderators?

How can I contact a moderator from these boards?
I have a question about the boards that I don't want the whole world to read

Click on a name in the "Moderator" column on the right side of the forum list (www.disboards.com). Then click "send message".

When I click on a name it just sends me to their profile and I can't find anything that says "send a message".

Sorry, it's just "Send Message", over on the left side. You should get a drop-down list showing you different options to send a message.

I could only find one moderator that had that option and I had to send her the message using Yahoo! Messenger..
Is that what you meant?

Excellent. Just don't post a "visitor message". Looks like the whole world can see that one.

You would think you could find a Mod when you need one.

You rang? I was only gone for an hour and fifteen minutes to go to a Dr. appt!

You can always find a moderator's post (or anyone for that matter) and click on their name. The drop down menu will have an option to send a Private Message. Or it sounds like you were able to find on a profile the option to send a private message.

I am around now for about 30 minutes if I can help you and I will be back later tonight after our swim meet.
