What is a moderator. I just started posting things today, and I have been seeing things about the moderators. Any answers?

they watch the posts and make sure the things posted dont' go against the board's guidelines. They can edit posts, delete posts, move threads, and close threads.

How did they become a board moderator?

they get asked to by the webmaster.
