Welllll? No expert on this one. Can only comment on what we have SEEN, over 24 WDW trips.....
Let's take the MK. Can't count how many times we've looked over to the POR/FQ buss line, and seen it overflowing
.
Now, in fairness, we've also seen WDW "stacking" buses to deal with this, to try to get those folks moved.....
Oh - also seen this for Saratoga Springs, Old Key West....
