Moderate Resorts...people per room?

Hi, we are planning a trip and were thinking about CBR or CS which only "allow" a maximum of 4 guests per room. If we decide to bring my daughter (she would be 4 years old) and that would put us up to 5 total. My parents are planning on coming most of the trip and staying in a time share close by. They said they would keep her every night, but my concern is that we may be staying a few days longer than them and she would have to stay with us a few nights. I don't really want to pack up and move after 9 nights at one resort just to stay at another resort (that allows 5 per room) for 2 more nights. Has anyone ever been in this situation?? We really want to stay at CBR or CS and also love the price. Any suggestions would be great.

Have you considered the Port Orleans Riverside? They offer trundle beds, which would be comfortable for a small child, and can sleep five in a room.

We're in that situation every trip since we have a family of 5. We've stayed at POR, YC, Poly, FW and in two rooms at AS and CS. We also stayed at CBR when there was only four of us. I would choose POR over CBR, and you can have five people there. CS is the nicest moderate, though, IMO.

You can't register five people in one room at CS and CBR. Whether you have an unregistered fifth person is up to you.

If the 5th person is not registered, they won't have a room key. Room key is required for EMH entry. Stay at POR if you want a moderate and get the trundle bed.

I have never ever been asked for a room key for EMH in all our trips to Disney and we do EE almost every day. Is this something new? Our last trip was 11/03 for 11 nights and again, we were never asked once.

We were asked at MK in January, at Disney Studios in July, MK a few years ago, and several other times.

That's interesting. We only bring one room key with us when we go to the parks. We never seperate so we always leave the other 4 keys in our room. No one has ever told us we must carry them with us. I'd be pretty upset if I got to the park for EMH and they wouldn't let me enter without my room key!
