Moderate Resort Help!

My family and I are taking our first trip to Disney and are SO excited. In doing a lot of research I need some help with Moderate Resorts. Do all of them have queen size beds or just some of them? My husband is very tall and dosen't fit in a double bed and we have two children so we need a room with two queen size beds if possible. Help!

POFQ - 2 Queens
POR - In the process of going to 2 queens, should be done by Aug. 2012
CBR - 2 Doubles
FW - 1 Double bed, 1 double pull out, 2 bunk beds

POR and the boat ride to DTD is great

Went first of May for my family's first WDW trip and stayed at POR in royal room. We loved it and are already thinking about going back next year. The grounds, pools, etc were very nice. Room was very nice too, not huge but plenty big enough for us, 2 adults and 2 kids, 5 & 2. Can't compare it to other mods but we did walk to FQ one day for breakfast and it was not nearly as appealing to us. Have fun.

We love staying at CSR, they have the queen beds, huge lake, digsite pool (they roast smores,show movies, and have activities, nice modern rooms, deluxe H20 products,and great bus service.
