Moderate for Teens

Just wondering if anyone has any advice as to the best moderate for a 14 and a 17 year old? Anything that a teen would prefer at one over the others?

We have only stayed at CBR and our teens (12 and 15) loved it
They rented the speed boats and had a blast with that...We also felt comfortable letting them walk around by themselves there. Have fun

I would second the CBR. Our teens loved it. We have stayed at several other resorts and CBR will always be a favorite.

When my then 15 yo daughter, 2 of her friends, and I did a split trip 2 years ago to both Coronado Springs Resort and the Grand Floridian Royal Palm Court (Club level), they preferred Coronado Springs. They loved walking around the lake, the pool, the restaurants-they loved it all!

I would definitely say Coronado Springs, it has a more upscale look and the pool is very teen-oriented.

I stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort at 14, and at Port Orleans French Quarter at 16. I loved the little boats you could rent at CBR, and the hammocks. POFQ was pretty, and I would have liked the boat to the park if we had used it...but at that age, CBR was my fave. Both CBR and POFQ (and I think all moderates) have 'quiet' pools in addition to the themed kids pool. My vote would be for CBR.

I have two sons, and we stayed at CBR when they were 14 and 11, 16 and 13, 18 and 15, and we're going next year again (their request) when they're 21 and 18 -- there's so much for them to do there, and they love the food court and pools. Bike rentals, boat rentals, the path around the lake, the beaches and hammocks, and so on!!! It's our favorite, in large part because it's THEIR favorite!!

Every time we book a trip, my kids ask to stay at CBR. They love CBR...even more than WL! We have stayed at CBR 6 times...the kids are now 21, 19 and 15 and they continue to ask to stay at CBR.

We just returned from Coronado Springs with our two teens (15/17) and they really loved the pool area. It was beautiful to walk around the lake as well...I don't think that you can go wrong with CSR.

Another vote for the CBR. My kids are now 23 and 13 and can't wait to get back to the CBR for one last hoorah before our oldest gets married in August. As the others have said, the resort has lots for teenagers to do.

I agree with the others that said CBR. We stayed there a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. Though we really prefer POFQ because it is more compact, I think teens would prefer CBR. The pool area is awesome and the resort also has lots of areas to explore plus water sports and white sandy beaches!

Another vote for CBR - my daughters are now 23 and 21 and they only want to
stay at CBR. This year we are going again with my oldest daughter's husband and my youngest daughter's boyfriend. And yes, they chose CBR again.
