Those look great! Do you have a model WDW monorail playset that you find is easier to make upgrades to? I have 2 different sets from before they made the remote control playsets, 1 has the passenger car doors that open and the other doesn’t. Both are the larger scale sets.

The 50th and 100 years sets have 3xAAA batteries and may power the 5 V LED strips without a voltage converter. Other than that there should not be much difference in difficulty to add the lights.
