Been looking around playing with ordering meals and it shows my credit card as payment .. when I’m there will it show my dining plan as an option ?

Yes. Since your package isn't "active" yet, there is no dining plan to use at this moment. Once you are there, the dining plan will show.

No.

Credit cards and the DDP are the only accepted forms of payment for mobile ordering.
