Mobile ordering

If one person from each room has the MDE app, can that person mobile order for everyone in that room? I am sure I am making this harder than it really is, I'm just not sure how the logistics work with mobile ordering and the dining plan.

All quick service credits are pooled together with everyone in the same room so yeah, only one person needs to order.
