Can you use dining plan credits with mobile ordering yet? I know you couldn't at first, but I'm hoping that changed by now.

Now, they just need to start accepting Disney Gift Cards so I don't have to wait in line at QS places anymore.

Mobile ordering is in the app, can use dining credits, credit card, or debit card for payment (saved to account). No GCs at this time. No AP or other discounts available via mobile ordering (yet???). Not every QS/CS restaurant is available. Order in advance, submit your order (payment made at the time), then when you are close to the restaurant you tell them you are near (via the app), and you can pick up your food at the mobile ordering counter once the app notifies you that your order is ready.

We clicked we were there when we were a few minutes away. You are notified when the food is ready and just go up to the online order window to pick up your food. This is perfect for my personality! I really hope it works well with the DDP. It would almost make me rethink getting the DDP if it doesn't.

We've used the app a couple of times, worked like a charm. Last time was the best, though. We walked up to the Flame Tree Barbecue and the line was huge…back into the walkway in the park. We pulled out our cell phones, placed and order, waited a couple of minutes, and picked it up at the window to the right of the other serving windows. We watched who was at the end of the line when we started just as an experiment, and they were halfway through the line when we walked away with our trays of food. Nice. And a small benefit, but waiting was more comfortable, able to move around, etc.

We used this a few times during our last visit in January . Worked like a charm .........but that was before the dining plan was added . Wondering how crowded this service will be with the DDP added ?
Also, wish they could somehow add the addition of AP, or DVC discount options to this service.

Because of the lack of being able to add the proper discounts, and the fact that this service WILL get more crowded , now that the DDP is added. We may monitor the situation and /or skip on our next visit in 2 weeks.
