Mobile Ordering questions

Hi all, first trip in 3 years and mobile ordering wasn't really a thing yet last time we were there. So, a couple questions:

1) How far in advance do you need to put in an order for, say, Santu'li Canteen? We plan to get food there the first night we arrive, wondering what the wait time is.

2) on MDE, I control everyone's accounts so I can make all the rez's and plan. Is there a way to avoid all 7 people charging to the same credit card that's attached to that MDE account? Or would I have to have them create their own accounts (but then lose the planning control)?

You can order as early in the day as you want. If you'll be eating during a busy dinner hour, I'd suggest ordering as early as possible so you can have your choice of timeslot. When we were there in October, the lunch timeslots booked up. When we looked around noon, I think the next available timeslot was an hour away.

They can set up their own accounts solely for mobile ordering. I believe they would just not link the trip/reservation within MDE if you want to make sure you retain planning control. In other words, keep everything as is but have them set up MDE accounts and they will only use that for mobile order purposes.

I have been the main planner on a larger group before. They all had their own MDEs and everything was linked, but because I denoted them as "friend/family" (I think) in my MDE, I was able to fully plan everything for them and they could still see it within their MDE. Its been a few years since I've done this though so I can't speak to how anything has changed and I don't fully trust that MDE won't screw something up
