Mobile ordering is difficult for some people....

I would have agreed with you yesterday, but was searching to see what AoA Landscape's Menu had. I just checked my mobile order app and it has categories under Allergy-friendly, Gluten, Egg allergy, Fish allergy, Milk Allergy, Peanut Allergy, and Soy Allergy .

That's good to know! :) It doesn't cover the things I have to avoid, but it's still great to know that they are trying to make Mobile Ordering better for people with these more common allergies.

I'm concerned about this because I'm vegan and sometimes there are menu items that can be made vegan, but you have to request X or Y or Z to be removed, for example. This doesn't always neatly fall into the "allergy" category.

So true. DH is vegan as well, and previously QS locations were able to make more substitutions than we even imagined would be possible. I had sent an email off to Disney and received a very well researched and informed call back from Disney, even going so far as to point out a few QS locations per park that had particularly good options either on the menu as is or available with some small changes. And we were so pleased. But now I doubt we'd even find that to still be remotely true given the cut-backs to the menus, and even if they were still available, as you said, you have to be able to talk to someone about them.
