I think as you can see that implementation and outcome can vary greatly from day to day, hour to hour and location to location. I liked it when it first started, then hated it over the next couple years as it became very glitchy even telling me restaurants were closed that I was literally standing in front of and knew it wasn't.
Had issues with it last summer, only used a couple times in fall. This week we did walk up on one day, but used it the other days for food. I didn't used it at all for snacks but chose to wait in line. We used for snacks last summer and the waits were very long so it was pointless.
CHH - waited about 5-10 minutes after it said we could enter to pick up for our food.
Satu'li - waited about 3-4 minutes after it said we could enter.*
Pinocchio - had to wait 20 minutes before we could even check in, then waited about 5-10 minutes once we were at counter.*
York Fish - only had to wait just a couple minutes once it said ready.
* These locations we were not allowed to enter without showing our phone that said to enter.
One thing that is a big downside is that I like to look at other people's food before I order because you know most the time what we get doesn't look like the pictures. At least if I saw a couple things I ordered, I would probably have changed my order especially given cost. We had planned to eat two meals in parks, but ended up only doing one, easier to leave and grab some dinner.
