Mobil ordering "customization"

I have a picky eater (likes everything "plain"!) In the past, say Im at a place that only has chili dogs on menu. Ive been able to get my son a plain hotdog, no problem. Can we do this with mobile ordering?
 
Yeah I played around with mobile ordering the footlong hotdog at cosmic rays without chili
