mnssp entrance time?

I keep reading that you can get in to the party by 4pm with your mnsshp ticket , however yesterday when I called to make res at crystal palace they told me that was incorrect , that I would have to use one of my reg. tickets and then switch . is this true?in other words -with only a mnsshp ticket what time can you get in ? they told me at 7p.

I think you were given bad information. It is my understanding as well that you can enter after 4:00 by showing your MNSSHP ticket. Especially if you have PS arrangements. Were you able to get a PS?

Not all CMs on the phone know about this policy on party nights...that they start letting party goers in after 4:00p. They do allow this so that not everyone is arriving at 7:00p. It would be insane! They will set up a party entrance where you'd get the trick or treat bag and your wristband.

They've done this for at least the past 3 years.

yes i was able to get a ps but canceled it because I didn't want to use my reg ticket.

We have been hearing that down at the parks, too. It is INCORRECT! You may enter MNSSHP at 7 pm w/ your ticket for that event. If you wish to enter prior to that time, you will have to use a day on your regular WDW ticket media.

Well, then this is new for this year as it was true for the last two years.

Also, there is another CM on these boards that works at MK and they have agreed that it's true and she explained why they allow this.

MK only has one hour (used to be 2 hours back when you could only enter the park at 8:00p; back when the party was 8p to 1a) to get the place ready (decorated) and emptied of non-party guests and I can't imagine how difficult that would be combined with everyone entering the park at 7:00p. It would be a mad house.

Luckily this is not a issue for me, but I feel bad for those it is an issue with. They keep getting conflicting answers. Thankfully, we only have to wait till FRIDAY to get a report from a party goer!!
