Could someone please explain to me how this works. Would it be ok to do another park in the morning then go to magic kingdom? Or should we just do magic kingdom all day? We have priority seating at LTT at 5:45. And about the costumes do adults dress up?

That would be fine to do. Last year though we just relaxed on the day of our MNNSHP (went swimming, did DTD). I don't know all the ages in your party, but MNNSHP goes till midnight and I know if we would have spent the day at another park we would have been crabby/tired/exhausted by the start of the party. Last year people were able to get into MK at 4pm with thier MNSSHP tickets.

Yes adults dress up. We did not dress up, but I saw lots of adults dressed up. When we were there we saw lots of adult pirates, princesses, witches, a group of Dalmations that is all I can remember now.
