Does anyone know when tickets for MNSSHP will go on sale?

I just called CRO yesterday, and they said they probably wouldn't go on sale until around the end of April. (That's the same time they went on sale last year).

I think it was the end of April last year when we got ours! Just keep watching the boards - it was so much fun!!!

Just got off the phone with WDW and still no dates released but she said maybe mid April...let's keep our fingers crossed!!!!

Tentative dates for 2004 are: Oct. 1, 3, 8, 12, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31

SamanthaL ~ Are these dates from an source or they just estimates??

I doubt they will have a MNSSHP on the 30th, because that is a Saturday night.

Those are the dates posted by a CM and confirmed by CRO. I'm wondering if Thurs the 14th or Sunday the 17th will be less crowded. A lot of Orlando area school districts are out on the 15th so my guess would be that the 14th night will be crowded even though its a Thurs.

Yup. Those are the real dates to my knowledge right now.

I believe those 'tentative' dates are what the dates 'might' be EXCEPT October 30. There has never been a MNSSHP on a Saturday. Saturdays are one of the only days of the week MK is open late and has Spectromagic and Wishes. I highly doubt they'd close for MNSSHP on a Saturday but I guess we'll see.

These are the 'tentative' dates I was told by a CM:

MNSSHP 2004 = Oct. 1, 3, 8, 12, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 31

**edited to add that these are 'tentative' and 'unofficial' dates...please do not plan your October trip around these dates. We should know how accurate they are by the end of April!!

Are they out for a weeks vacation or just that day (15th)? We were planning on going to IOA that day/night for Halloween Horror Nights but may switch the day if it is just that one day.

I've just talked to 2 CMs,then CRO ,I explained I was a Moderator on a Disney Theme Parks Board so they transferred to Guest Relations at MK.As of now there are NO OFFICIAL dates released for MNSSHP 2004.They all told me the dates will not be released until the end of April.

I know we're all excited and anxious to get the dates to actually be able to plan MNSSHP into our trips this Oct.

Could we PLEASE refrain from posting dates until they have been confirmed officially by WDW.

I would truely hate to see DISers, especially newcomers to the boards, starting to plan their vacation with incorrect information!

That is why I stated they were 'tentative' and that is why I posted that October 30 is probably not going to happen as new comers might not realize the party is not usually held on Saturdays.

I didn't think I was doing anything wrong.

Most of the Orlando area schools have Friday the 15th of Oct as a teacher workday. I just did a search on the net for Florida public schools calendars and found about 20 different school district calendars. Almost all of the ones I found listed that day as a student holiday and many listed the 14th and the 15th as student holidays.
I was hoping we'd be there by ourselves.

Thanks for the tip regarding Florida schools and October 15. Looks like we'll definitely be going to MNSSHP earlier in week! Can't wait!

Thanks for the update on the 14th and 15th of October. Do you think MNSSHP will be crowded on the 15th? I think we may do the 15th (if the dates posted are the ones) and again on the 20th! What about Universal/IOA/Halloween Horror Nights? Will Friday the 15th be more crowded OR Sunday the 17th? We were planning on hitting Universal in the am and IOA/HHN in the pm.

It is the only date that fits into our schedule!!! I really, really want to do MNSSHP!!!
