They are generally much shorter than usual, with the exception of 7DMT and maybe Haunted Mansion at certain times. Most everything else is pretty much walk-on or close to it as most party guests are focusing on the special meet & greets and entertainment options.
We walked on to pretty much all the rides except 7DMT. We did BTMRR 3x in a row. My husband and daughter did Teacups 2x in a row. The only wait was for the prior ride to stop and exit. This was for a mid-October party. My family had a blast and would do MNSSHP again. We arrived prior to 4 that day (had Park-Hoppers) and lines for other rides were much lower as well prior to the party.
Though we didn't do a lot of attractions the last time we did a Halloween Party, and it was a fair few years ago now, as I recall, the only thing we observed a fairly long wait for (this was before 7DMT) was Haunted Mansion.

Haunted Mansion seems to get a crowd in spurts during the parties. Most people do include it in the Halloween festivities. Usually though the line is still much shorter than it would be on any given day.
Peter Pan definitely has a shorter line, but it's not too short. The problem there is that it's such a slow loader that it always has some backup. I would not waste too much party time on it. If you go close to the end of the night it might be quicker.
