If I remember right, it wasn't long after the beginning of MNSSHP. Maybe 8? Possibly as late as 9.

According to last year's map ( http://www.wdwinfo.com/holidays/photos/mnsshp-map1.htm ), the first parade starts at 8:15 & the second parade is at 10:30.
