I have some questions about MNSSHP. Is this a separate event that you purchase a ticket for? How soon can tickets be purchased (and from where)? When does it run (we will be there Oct. 15-22, so will it be on while we are there)? Do kids all wear costumes, or are they optional? Do adults wear costumes? What is involved other than trick-or-treating?

Sorry for all of the questions. My DD#2 turns 6 on Nov.1, so it will be a pre-birthday celebration for her. I love Halloween, so this sounds like a lot of fun. :yay:

Yes it is a seperate ticket...MNSSHP is considered a hard ticket event which basically means seperate ticket.

No one knows for sure yet for this year, but last year the dates were announced at the end of April and tickets went on sale May 1.

Yes it generally goes from the last Friday in September through October with the last party being on Halloween.

Not all kids wear costumes but, a good number of them do. They are optional, but they do have guidlines as to what they can and can't wear (this info will come with the tickets if you have them sent to you).

Lots of adults wear costumes. Last year I jsut designed some T-Shirts for the parties as it can still be very hot and humid in October (went to the 1st two parties last year).

There are lots of great charchter greetings (villians, Mickey and friends dressed for Halloween), an awesome parade with very addicting Music, a fireworks show, free face painting, storytelling, dance areas, etc.
