MNSSHP - what time can I enter MK

What time can I enter the MK for MNSSHP if I do not want to use a day admission to the park? Do I have to wait until 7 exactly?

I'v heard it's around 4 pm...but I'm not sure....bumping for more info

Last year I was able to enter at 4PM for a 4:30PM MNSSHP ADR. They were handing out the bracelets and bags already.

It has been 4PM in recent years, but this year MK is staying open to all guests until 7PM. In years past the MK would close at 6PM. I am guessing MNSSHP guests could still enter at 4PM, but that remains an educated guess until the parties start in mid-September. Has anyone called to ask? We will be there 10/26 and I would like to know.
