MNSSHP Times Question

I've never been to the MNSSHP, but wanted to know what times are the fireworks at. We're planning a dinner at Cali Grill and wanted to get there in the timeframe of the fireworks. We're looking at a Friday night the 2nd week in October.

The fireworks are 9:30p this year.

There is no party Friday, October 13 though.
