I'm working on planning a trip for just me and DD4 in October and hope to go to MNSSHP for the first time. I know we need separate tickets for this. Does this include park admission or would we also need to use a day on our park hoppers? Also, any advise for party first-timer would be great.

TIA

Laurie

You need to buy a separate ticket for MNSSHP. No other ticket (UPH, PH, AP) is needed for entry. The dates were just recently announced and the tickets haven't gone on sale yet, but if history repeats itself they will soon.

If you do a search on MNSSHP you'll see a lot of threads going right now w/ some great info.

You can get into the park starting at 4-4:30 with just the party tic. If you want to spend the entire day at the park, then you need to use a day of your hopper. We're using the party as our only park time that day & doing non-park things earlier that day.

We're going for our first party & time too w/ our 4 yr old DD. Is your DD excited? :)

Thanks for the info.

StephMK-yes she's really excited. Now I just have to figure out costumes!! I'm hoping to get tickets for 10/8 which is the day we arrive so that will be our only park time that day too. Have fun!!

We are going on the 8 also. This is our 2nd time!!!! I called to make dining reservation at LTT. I was told by 2 different people that the new policy is you have to wait until 90 days out. Last year I made it when I bought my ticktes. Has anyone else heard this?

I hope to be there with my 4yo either the week before or the week after (I'm trying to avoid the Columbus Day weekend). It sounds like a fun time!

How many hours does the party last and what time does it actually begin?

We and they won't know until the tickets actually go on sale. They've only done this for a few years and you just never know with Disney. They could stop it at any time.

BUT also, CMs never seem to know about it. Last year I had to call back 3 times to get a CM who knew to look in the right place on the computer to book LTT for MVMCP before the 90 day mark so the CMs you spoke with may just not know about it yet.

We'll see soon enough!

The party runs from 7-12:00 midnight, but you can get in as early as 4:00 with your MNSSHP ticket only. I hope you have fun! I'm planning to take DD next year when she's almost 3.

Yes, I remember reading about you planning your mom/daughter trip. Which resort did you end up planning on staying?

I'm trying to decide where to stay this time with Jake. Last time Pop was good, but I think I want a moderate this time. Or maybe WL if I can get a good AP discount.

I'm still undecided but leaning towards either WL (for me) or ASMovies (for DD). I have been keeping tabs on all the MNSSHP info though, because I know we will be doing that, it sounds like so much fun! My boys have decided that they want to go back as well, so I will be making a seperate trip with them, possibly next June, and they've chosen CSR.
