MNSSHP Ticket Question

In my account, my husband has two profiles - under his first name and middle name, which is what he goes by. When I linked our party tickets to my account, I accidently put his ticket on the profile that I don't normally use. Is there a way for me to switch it to the correct one? I was afraid to play with it.

Also, if we go in at 4:00, how will they know that we are using our party tickets if we just scan our magic bands? Do I need to take our actual party tickets instead?

You can call IT and have them move t if there isn't an option to reassign. Just fair warning though they may merge the two accounts. I had that happen recently where they made it very clear you can't have multiple accounts for the same person. I believe the terms and conditions have even changed to say as such.

Once the tickets are properly linked if you enter at 4 as long as you do so through the marked party entrance those turnstiles will only remove party entitlements. If you don't have a party ticket they'll show blue.

Thank you! I am ok with them being merged. We have never used the other one and I am not sure why we even have it on there.
