MNSSHP ticket question

I was wondering if anyone knows if they have to give you a ticket for children under 3. I called and ordered my tickets and informed them that one of my children will be under 3 at that time. I did not receive a ticket for her and I wanted to be sure that this was not a mistake. Anyone have any experience? Or the # I should call to check? The WDW website will not load properly on my computer and hasn't for months (a whole other problem, lol) so I haven't just tried to go look at the phone # there.

Children under 3 do not require a ticket
