MNSSHP ticket question

I purchased my tickets through member services today but did not get an email with the purchase info and my "will call" receipt. Does anyone know if I should.have received this? If so should I call MS to verify, they aleady charged my checking account for the tickets?

I bought ours on 8/6, I got an email confirmation within the hour, here is some info at the top of the email that might help you track things down. I've had trouble before with Disney sending emails (mostly reservations), so I tend to save things as a PDF at time of transaction too, just a thought for the future.

"The following is your on-line ticket purchase summary. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Guest Services by emailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or calling (407) 566-4985.

To assist us in providing the best in guest service to you, please include your order number and billing address on all correspondence.

The guest named on this confirmation may pick up their Will Call ticket order by presenting a valid photo ID and confirmation number at any ticket sales location at a Walt Disney World Theme Park."

be sure to check your spam folders as well. It might have ended up there. If you still don't have it, I'd give them a call.

I have purchased Halloween party tickets from MS several times, and never gotten an email receipt. I just gave the confirmation # to guest services the night of the party. I just recently booked the Keys to the Kingdom tour, and La Nouba thru MS, and got no confirmation for either.

I called ms today and they said I don't get a confirm unless I purchase online. Just take theconfirm code to concierge and they will give me the tickets.

Yes, not huge, but there's a discount.

If you lose your confirmation number, I believe as long as you have ID and the credit card you ordered them with, you can pick them up at the will call window...no problem!
