MNSSHP ticket info from CM

When I called tonight about an hour ago the 1st cm was ready to sell me them to us. I confirmed the dates and was shocked to find out that the Thursday and Friday before Halloween that they were not adding those dates. So I call back and reconfirm. You will see what I found out. The 2nd CM said that when she got to work at 6:00 pm that they were not on sale. But I guess they went on sale around 8:00 or 8:30 pm CST because I have my confrimation # for the tickets I bought.

Chances are what happend with the person who said the tickets were on sale today is that the system was set up for testing, and the agent who got the call inadvertantly sold the tickets. Don't worry, the agent will be coached on this error. The tickets go on sale OFFICIALLY on 5/1, and at that time the dates will be released.

Anything prior to that... well.. *shrug* It's not sanctioned by Disney and the agent could well lose their job.

May I ask how you know they were up for testing when the note states in their computer that they were authorized to sell them tonight?

They certianly wouldn't loose their job for doing something that upper management gave the ok for....

I hate to be cryptic, but lets just say that... I have a friend at DRC.

If indeed they released the hold on the sales, it had not been communicated before my friend left in the afternoon. Now it is entirely possible that they did release the sale of the tickets this evening.

OK I am sorry. I know you weren't saying I was lying or anything like that. You say your friend works for them and he left this afternoon, then what the CM told me was true that after 8:00 this evening, they were officially released. Lets just all be happy we will get the tickets...

I just ordered my MNSSHP tickets for Sunday 16 Oct with a PS reservation at LTT at 5:30 pm.

The 25th and the 27th ARE in the computers!!! They only show up on the booking screen!! I got the 25th and LTT at 5:30!
