MNSSHP Ticket Help Please.

HI all. We purchased our MNSSHP on May 1st but when we called they said they were no longer having the party on the day we wanted they removed it that day. I saw the day we wanted is now back but I have already received our tickets. Will they do a date exchange and cancel the ticket we already have or are we out of luck??? As it stands now we will have to go the day we fly in and it might be a little too much all in one day.

I kind of think they won't let you switch, but I would call and explain what happened and see what they say...It doesn't hurt to ask...they can't hit ya!

Does it say the tickets are non-refundable? We went last year, but I can't remember.

Yes it does say they are non refundable but does not say anything about them being exchanged. So I just dont know.

I know thats what the tickets say, however I got refunded on 3 tickets I had bought for a trip 2 years ago. The day of the party my mom tripped and shattered her kneecap, so instead of hitting the party my sister and I had to take her to the emergency center and spend the night getting her taken care of. I cant even begin to tell you what a nightmare end to the trip that was. I just went to the hotels front desk /concierge and explained what happened and they refunded my tickets. I would have to imagine if you explained what happened they would let you exchange for the date you originally wanted.

I am glad you got your tickets refunded. Maybe they will be able to exchange the tickets. I guess I will find out tomorrow. Thanks for the shimmer of hope ...

It doesn't hurt to ask
A few years ago we had to cancel our trip last minute and Disney gave me a full refund for 3 adult MVMCP tickets. The CM on the phone was very nice about it

Thanks for your help everyone. I called this morning ...it took almost a half hour but the CM I got was very helpful and did indeed exchange my tickets!

p.s.: have an awesome time, this will be the first time in 5 years that I dont make a trip to WDW for MNSSHP but at least this year I will get to experience my first christmas party
