We will be, not sure if I'm dressing up yet. Last year i was disappointed because it rained before the parade so no headless horseman

Me and 5 others in my family will be there. I am in my late 30's and have decided that I am not missing this chance to dress up and have fun at least one more time. So I know my 7 yoa neice and I will probably be the only two,(who are not sticks in the mud) from my family group that will be dressing up.
