I am going to be at Disney Oct 1-8. MNSSHP shows 3 times during this time. When do we need to buy tickets and are they on sale now? Also the days are Sun, Tues and Fri. Is there a better day to go? So I am assuming the close the park early on these days but everthing is the same at the other parks? Do they still run spectro during the weeks that they are doing MNSSHP. Do you have time to ride rides with all the special attractions that they offer? How late does the park stay open? Sorry so many questions. Just trying to decide if this is really worth the money and if it is doable with small children. Thanks.

i will try to answer some of your questions... i dont think tickets are on sale yet. we bought ours once we were down there with no problem.. but if you want to get them ahead of time just call cro... we actually went twice on our last trip because it was so great... they close the mk early and you will get a special braclet to get in.. as far as time to ride the rides... that is the best park there are no or very short lines. that is why we decided to save a park hopper and go again.. it is definatly worth the money but like i said we saved a park hopper on the second night we went .. i recommend doing this we just hung at the pool that day and went to mnsshp at night. they still run spectro magic on days they dont have mnsshp ... on the nights of the party they have a different parade and differnt fireworks... not wishes... both are more halloween themed..hope this helped

I always buy my tickets right away. I alos book a character meal too. The tix are not on sale now but will be soon. In about a month.
I would pick Tues for low crowds.
The park is open to Midnight I believe and yes we did have time for plenty of rides. Got on SM twice without ANY wait time!

Do you have to use your regular park day and pay extra for this? I was thinking that I would not do the parks that day until the party as some one else said. This would save one of my days. Thanks!

What time do they close the park?

They will allow you into the park with just the party ticket at 4pm. If you don't come in until 4pm you won't need to use regular park admission.

They close the park to the general public at 6pm. If you do not have a ticket to the party you will be ushered out. The park will re-open at 7pm. If you have a ticket and you are in the park before they close at 6pm you will get an wristband and be kept in an area in Fantasy Land. If you have PS's you will be allowed to walk to your restaurant.

We were held in Tomorrowland last October. Definitely a fun experience. The night we went, it was packed & we weren't able to go on too many rides. We did do a lot of trick or treating, so that was fun.

Last year it seemed like some of the Fridays sold out in advance because of locals...but no other night did (except 10/31 of course!). We waited until a couple days before our MNSSHP night (we were still home) to check the weather forecast. The party goes on rain or shine...and we were hoping for no rain....unfortunately that didn't help!

We are going to MVMCP this year, and will probably just buy tickets at the resort that day, to try to pick a better night as far as weather. You get the advanced ticket price as long as you buy it before you show up for the party. Meaning, you can buy the tix at your resort & then head over to the party & still get advanced prices.
