DH and I just booked a short trip in late October and are thinking about MNSSHP. We've never gone before. Is it normally crowded? Or is it more like what E-ride Nights used to be like? There are still tix available for 2 of the nights we'll be there, but we're unsure if we want to do it. I think the deciding factor will be ride wait times. What can you tell me?

hey this will be my 1st time 2! :) i also had a question, does anyone know if adults are able to trick or treat or can only the kids collect candy?

DH and I have been to MNSSHP 2 times, and I love it! Most of the rides are a walk-on. We never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for a ride. Adults can trick-or-treat (great candy snacks for your room)! We usually go to MNSSHP, and see and do all we want, without having to deal with the daytime crowds. Actually, if we go to MNSSHP, we usually only spend zero time, or half a day at MK during that week. We get spoiled! Our favorite rides, we can ride over and over again in a short time, there is a great Halloween themed parade, with the Headless Horseman leading the way. The parade is much less crowded, so you get a great view where ever you are. Since the ticket sales are limited, the park is much emptier, and much more enjoyable!

I guess you can see that I highly recommend it for you. :cloud9:

I would so reccomend going. I went for the first time last year and was also a little unsure being 24, with my parents, going to a halloween party. Fear not, The fireworks were AWESOME and compleatly different than during the day, the parade was great, we took a million pictures of it, the rides were a tad busier than e-nights but WAY WAY better than during the day (5-10 minute wait max). Adults can, and do, trick or treat (kids tend to make out better but you can go to) It is a fun time and well worth the extra ticket price we are doing it again this year. We're even planning to go in costume too.

My husband and I went last year during our Disneymoon. We loved it and are going back again this year. It was a great experience. I have a major sweet tooth so we did quite a bit of trick or treating...even going through candy stations multiple times! When we went to go home, our luggage was too heavy. I pulled the candy bag out as a carry on and the weight went down 11 pounds!!! Crazy. I ended up giving lots of the candy away on Halloween night so I couldn't eat it all, but I would have given it my best effort! :cool1:

Should we buy our MNSSHP tickets soon, someone told me we could wait until we get down there, and buy them at the hotel. We are arriving Oct. 14, and were thinking of going to the party on Oct. 19. Also, where can I find the list of rides that are open that night. This is our first Halloween at WDW. Thanks!! :thumbsup2

MNSSHP does tend to sell out the closer to Holloween you get. If you know what night you want to go I don't think I would take the chance of it being sold out and get the tickets NOW.

DDand I went last year, andDS and I are planning to go this year. It was a fantastic trip. I heartily reccommend trying it. Lots of candy, lots of rides, lots of fun to be had by all! DH and I are planning our first MVMCP & my birthday.

Does anyone know how to get the MNNSHP small enough to print on one sheet? No matter what I do, it is too big and I can't even look at some of it to print! Thanks!

Are you referring to the photo of last year's brochure in the link I posted? If so, once the link is opened, you can right click on the photo and save it to a folder on your computer. You can then use a word processor or other program to treat it as a picture and can adjust it to whatever size you want. Hope it helps!

Hey Kim, I see you're going at nearly the same time and also staying at OKW. We're staying there in a studio 10/23-10/26. What are your dates? Maybe we'll run into you!!

Thanks so much! Even though we have been to Disney a few times, we still have alot to learn. I'm in awe of everyone's knowledge! :worship:

I see you're a Hoosier, too! What part of Indiana are you from? We live in a small town called Chesterton in Northwest Indiana.
