We will be going to MNSSHP and all the other parks before our Disney cruise  . We are super tight on money and I am wondering if I really need to buy a ticket to go to Magic Kingdom in addition to MNSSHP. Will I be able to get on alot of rides or is there too much to do. I would like to get on Pirates, Haunted Mansion, BTMR, Buzz, Space Mountain, Pooh, small world
at least. Should this be a problem.

Also I have no idea which park to cut. I was starting out going to get 4 day non hoppper but now with money isuues I think 2 day would be better for us money wise. Not counting Magic KIngdom what should I skip? I have been to all the parks and we all have our favorites but cannot agree on which park to skip. I say Epcot, Every other year is fine with me. But DD and DH cannot wait to try out new soda pavillion and daughter loves getting mask stamped around the world. DH and I love TOT at MGM, this is our favorite ride. This is the one ride my daughter does not want to go on, been there done that not gonna do it anymore. Skip MGM and DH and I will make it next trip? Then there is Animal Kingdom which we all agree we could skip but we all want to check out EE. And we don't want to get a hopper just to do that. Is expedition Everst worth it? Any suggestions would be great!!

I would drop Epcot..... not worth the admission if all that everyone wants to do is sample free soda and make a free mask. You can enter Magic Kingdom around 4:30 on MNSSHP and I think you will be able to get your list plus more done if you enter at that time and stay until closing.

I'm sure you must want to do more at Epcot than just that. Personally we need 2 days to cover it!

You should at least aim for MK and AK if you want to ride EE. But I gotta say I HATE threads asking which park to miss out! We love them all and couldn't possibly decide. The problem we have on our itinerary is which park we only visit twice!! :rotfl:

If you are going to MNSSHP, you should be able to ride all those rides, see the parade, see the fireworks and do some trick or treating. Just get there when they start letting people in the gates (probably at 4:00) and be able to stay most of the night.

I know I know, I don't want to drop a park either but money is dictating this matter, plus it's not like we have never been there I know what the parks have to offer I just am so indecisive and can't figure which park to cut. I think it will be betwwen MGM and Animal Kingdom, because my husband does not want to miss Epoct. All for free soda. Jeesh.

Don't you need to have park admission in order to enter into MNSSHP, I mean, you can't just buy a MNSSHP ticket, you also need admission to the park too.

You don't need additional admission to MK if you have a MNSSHP ticket. The party ticket IS your admission.

Right, the party ticket IS your admission to MK if you enter AFTER 4:PM. As for which park to cut out, it would definitely be AK for us... just not enough rides to keep us there for as long as we stay at the other parks.

perhaps you should go for the 2 day hopper rather than the non hopper?

Then on one of your days you could do an early start at AK and leave at midday for Epcot which tends to stay open longer than other parks anyway

One thing to keep in mind at AK if you want to do EE is you need to get there first thing in the mornign to get a fast pass. The fast passes will go extrememely fast. If you dont mind standing in line you can do that but my guess is you will be in line for a good hour if not longer later in the day. Perhaps your family can go to AK and spend the day there and at night to to MNSSHP. This way you can catch two parks and only have to use on park hopper without the purchasing the park hopping addition. Then on the second day spend it at Epcot. When at MNSSHP you should certainly be able to ride those rides you want any possibly 2 - 3 times.

Just a thought since you are watching your money.

Personally, I'd never cut Epcot because I love it. However, if your main reason for going is Club Cool I'm afraid you might be disappointed. It's not very impressive since they changed it over, IMO. It's just a store with a few soda machines, most of which weren't even working when we were there. :sad2: No igloo, no cold air/snow, no caveman, no theming really.

I think you can accomplish a lot at MNSSHP. We were able to do all we wanted, multiple times, and still fit in trick or treating, the parade, and fireworks.

If I had to cut a park, it would be AK or MGM, but which one? Tough call. Tower of Terror is my favorite WDW ride, so I would hate to miss that. Overall, there's more I like at AK than MGM though, but AK has no evening entertainment. I'd probably cut AK. EE is a fun ride, but I still prefer ToT, plus MGM also has RnRC.

Tough call! Good luck with your decision!

I agree with wisbucky. Do AK the morning of the party, even it that means going back to your room for a rest mid-day. Then get to MK right around 4:00pm for the party and stay till closing. You can get a lot done- we did. Personally, I would skip MGM, as it is our least favorite park.
