MNSSHP Parades - Where do they start?

Hi all. Do the MNSSHP parades start back by Splash Mountain or on Main Street at the front of the park? Thanks!

They start in Frontier land and there is a man telling the story of the headless horseman by the hall of presidents right before the parade. It goes backwards.
