My question is... Is the Halloween parade specific to the party nights only? I'm just curious to know if the Halloween parade is also done on off-party nights?

Yup!! And you really want to see the start of the parade!
There is also big inflated pumpkins at the parking toll boths as you go into the park.
Love the Halloween party!

I think they do the parade at 8, then the fireworks at 9 (also specific to the party only), and the parade again at 10. That's what they did in 2007 but they might have changed it up by now since it's 2 years later

The parade during the Halloween Party is called The Boo To You Parade. It's VERY cool! Especially the beginning.... AND they give out candy during it!

Unfortunately the Boo to You parade is exclusive just for MNSSHP.
